ESSENDON HOUSE

ESSENDON, VICTORIA

This project involved the complete transformation of a split level cream brick house into a spacious and contemporary family residence.

The existing house was partially demolished and then extended, incorporating new building works at ground level and a new upper level. We applied passive design principles to locate living areas to the north with specifically designed overhangs to all glazing, achieving maximum thermal comfort all year round for the occupants.
