  • We provide photo-realistic images for you to better understand your proposed design's colours, textures, and lighting effects. You can also use our high-quality rendered images to market your project during construction. Post the images to your social media accounts and give the photos to online media sources to start creating a buzz around your new venue or store opening.

  • During the Discovery Phase, we conduct all the necessary research and strategic thinking to start the design. We begin by getting to know you and your business and understanding your goals for your project. This phase includes working on:

  • The Design Phase is where all of our creative ideas come to life. A highly collaborative phase, this is where we work intensively with you to develop innovative concepts tailored to your specific project. In this phase, we provide the following:

    - Concept Ideas

    - Sketch Design Drawings, including layout, planning, and circulation diagrams.

    - Detailed Design Drawings and 3D renders showing materials, equipment, and furniture selection.

  • During the Documentation Phase, we take your final design concept and prepare all the necessary drawings and documents for authority approval and subsequent construction.

    The Authority Approval Documents we prepare include:

    - Town Planning (VIC) / Development Approval (SA)

    - Liquor License

    - Heritage Approval

    - Centre Management Approval

    You will receive the following Construction Documents:
